Wedding Services Policy & Agreement

By purchasing our services online, each party agrees to the following.

1. Proof of Purchase

Client/Purchaser will receive an email confirmation of their order once a purchase has been completed online via our website at www.kae-weddings.com. This is considered proof of purchase.

2. Provided Services

KAE is only responsible for providing the services that the Client/Purchaser has purchased online via our website www.kae-weddings.com. If additional services are needed, these may be purchased separately and will be added to our client database for your wedding. 

3. Booking Code

Clients/Purchasers will receive a Personalized Booking Code after the initial service purchase has been made and prior to purchasing our additional services. Clients/Purchasers are responsible form and must use this Booking Code to place their orders. 

4. Discounts

Some services come with an additional 10% off discount. This discount will be applied to your Personalized Booking Code and will be available to use on select services at checkout. Failure to apply your Discount Code at checkout is irreversible. We are not able to reverse your order so that you can reapply the code. You can however use the code on any future orders to receive your discount at that time.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

At this time, we do not allow for refunds on any purchases made. All sales are final. If you need to cancel your event, please notify your Lead Wedding Overseer at brianna@kaeweddings.com so that we can update our availability and staff.

6. Purchase Your Date (Reservation Deposit)

The Reservation Deposit must be purchased in order to secure your event with us. Orders placed without the Reservation Deposit will not be completed until the Reservation Deposit has been paid. Clients/Purchasers have 7 days after the Initial Consultation to purchase their Reservation Deposit.

7.  Order Cut-Off Times

All orders must be purchased and finalized a minimum of 30 Days prior to each Wedding or Event. Orders placed after the 30-Day window require authorization & approval from your Lead Wedding Overseer and must be confirmed in writing via email.

8. Day of Event Performance

KAE agrees to perform all purchased services made online via www.kae-weddings.com on time in connection with each Client/Purchasers order regarding each Wedding or Event. KAE maintains a zero-cancellation policy regarding KAE's ability to perform services for all orders and will strive to perform all services purchased to the furthest and most reasonable extent possible. Unless an unforeseen Force Majeure, Act of God, Catastrophic Circumstance, Extreme Weather, Global Pandemics or End of Life scenario occurs, we will be at your event to perform all services purchased.

9. Client/Purchaser Responsibilities

The Client/Purchaser understand and agrees that KAE requires a measure of frequent communication with each Client/Purchaser regarding any orders placed. Failure to communicate with KAE regarding services or orders placed in a timely manner will result in an automatic non-refundable order cancellation after 30 Days' time.

10. Custom Sourced Goods & Items

Any item including decor, furniture, linens, etc. that has been Custom Sourced through KAE and purchased by KAE for any event, is property of KAE and will be removed and returned to KAE at the close of each event. Clients are also welcome to purchase Custom Sourced items directly and these items will be considered property of the client and will be set aside for the client to take home at the close of each event.

11. Non-Liable Entity

KAE is never responsible for any other aspect of the Clients/Purchasers event other than what has been purchased through our website. Failure of the Event due to circumstances outside of our purchased services is the responsibility of the Client/Purchaser or other service providers. This includes but is not limited to: Safety of the Event, Practicality of the Event, Insufficient Planning on the Part of the Client/Purchaser, or other aspects of the event that may be the result of external circumstances and negatively impact the overall experience.

12. Changes in Pricing & Service Updates

Occasionally new items are added to our website and services are revised. Clients/Purchasers receive the level of services and pricing that is listed at the time of purchase.

13. Legal Involvement

Clients/Purchasers agree to never pursue legal action against KAE regarding purchases or services made online via our website or as a result of services performed at the event. Clients/Purchasers understand that KAE does not enter into legal pursuits for any reason and that all legal fees associated with pursuing KAE are the financial responsibility of the Clients/Purchasers.

14. Limitation of Liability, Indemnification

Clients understand and agree that KAE shall not be held liable for any personal claims such as (but not limited to) emotional distress, mental anguish, consequential damages, punitive damages, lost profit, loss of enjoyment, lost revenues and/or replacement costs, whether or not foreseeable and/or arising from any negligent act or omission on the part of any person.

Clients understand and agree that KAE is not responsible for any product defects or imperfect resources, or supplies purchased at the request of the Clients that may negatively impact or affect the Event/s, and Clients waive any right to pursue any claim or cause of action against KAE for such.

Clients agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless KAE and its employees, agents, independent contractors, officers, directors, members and/or managers for any injury, property damage, liability, claim or other cause of action arising out of or related to the acts or omissions of Clients and/or Clients’ Event guests, as well as any injury, property damage, liability, claim or other cause of action arising out of or related to the use of candles, open flame, water-filled containers, hanging décor and similar items.

KAE agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Clients for any injury, property damage, liability claim, or other cause of action arising out of or related to the acts or omissions of KAE or its employees, agents, independent contractors, officers, directors, members and/or managers.

Clients acknowledge and agree that these requirements reflect a fair allocation of risk and that KAE would not enter into this Agreement without these limitations on its liability and indemnification requirements.

By purchasing services, you have automatically agreed to adhere to all aspects of this Agreement.

End of Agreement
