We will argue, that a quality photographer is worth every dollar. They are professional, easy to work with and deliver incredible images that you will have for a lifetime!

You May Need a...
Catering & Beverage Team
We really only recommend full-service caterers that include bartending packages of some kind. Costs can range anywhere from $5K- $20K and higher, depending on the size of your wedding and how extensive you plan to get with the menu. The costs are similar to ours, and are broken down by cost of supplies, labor, and taxes.
Some venues include in-house catering (hotels & resorts save you the most money!) while others require you to work with an approved caterer from their list.
If you choose not to hire a full-service caterer who can help set out and maintain all of the food, supplies, plates, cups, etc. then you will need to hire additional, certified KAE staff to do this.

Music of Some Kind
We work with a couple of DJ companies that we really like. Their pricing starts around $4k and goes up from there. We also have a few live bands that we can recommend, these start at $8k (give or take).
We can also help get you a string quartet and any other live ensembles you may prefer!

Furniture Sets & Custom Linens
If you have a vision in mind and it includes cool lounge set-ups, gorgeous- patterned linens, unique table settings, upgraded chairs and more, then you may consider working with us to custom source these for you.
We recommend budgeting for this in advance, so let us know what kind of finances we have to work with so we can recommend options accordingly.
Colorado Party Rentals & Event Rents are also popular everyday options. If you're looking for higher-end, we like Eclectic Hive out of Denver.
We are also working on building out our own rental collection through KAE so if we can directly buy any items for you, we'd appreciate the chance to do so!

A Stationery Designer
If you want to go all out with your wedding invites or signage for the day of your wedding, we can certainly recommend a few top stationery designers whose work we really love.
Anymore though, we've found most people will work through a website like Minted.com or Etsy and so on.

You May or May Not need
Cake/Dessert Supplier
If your venue or caterer doesn't provide dessert then we will need to source a cake or dessert supplier for you. You can pick these items up yourself at a local Wholefoods, but we prefer to work with an actual wedding dessert company that can design and deliver the items to you. Happy to give recommendations as needed.
