Large Weddings (Required)

Large Weddings require the use of multiple transportation vehicles and supporting staff members. We typically require a large box truck to load and transport all of the flowers. We also typically require multiple vans to bring all decor and supplies.

If you are sourcing lounge furniture and other large pieces through us, an additional box truck will be secured along with additional staff. You will be invoiced for this separately.

General Service Includes:

• 8-10 Supporting Staff Members
• All loading and packing of all supplies
• Use of full-sized transportation, including all fuel & mileage to/from the event
• Ladders, tools, carriers, and misc. supplies
• Overnight lodging and provisions (as needed)
• All day of unload, set-up, styling, teardown and cleanup
