Shoot an email to brianna@kaeweddings.com and include as much information about yourselves as a couple along with any details you may already have about the wedding! Brianna will check our event schedule and respond within 1 business day.

We recommend inquiring a minimum of 6-8 months in advance to receive priority booking.

Congratulations! If we are available for your date, we will schedule an Initial Consultation with you via Zoom.

We can get to know each other and ask or answer any questions before going over next steps. :)

Once we receive your official YES! we will send over your personalized Booking Code.

You can now pay your Reservation Deposit and officially reserve your date with us!

We recommend utilizing our inventory as much as possible. This ultimately helps save you on costs and the responsibility of managing all items yourself!

Your KAE Planner/Coordinator will guide you through this process.

If you need a few extra hands for basic set-up, we recommend hiring Day of Assistants.

If you need assistance setting up and breaking down Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception spaces, you will need to hire us for Full Venue/Decor Set-Up & Teardown.
